How does the attorney get paid?

At The Sammarco Law Firm, LLC, we get paid as a part of your settlement, meaning that you do not get bills sent to your home and we do not ask for you to pay us directly. The only time we see any money is if you get a successful settlement.

Can my employer fire me?

No. Ohio has strict laws that protect injured workers while they file claims. If you believe that your employer has fired you or refused to give you a promotion because of your claim, that is retaliation. Retaliation is strictly prohibited and may be grounds for a different employment law claim.

Can I choose my own doctor?
